Moving forward

The Atlas Shrugged movie now has a director, Vadim Perelman, who will also modify or rewrite the screenplay.

The moviemaking business is a bit confusing to me.

James V. Hart was initially tapped as the screenwriter for this film. (He adapted Contact and Sahara for film.)

Then they replaced him with Randall Wallace, who wrote Braveheart, The Man in the Iron Mask, and Pearl Harbor.

Wallace produced a tidy 127-page script. But it looks like Perelman is going to revise it.

Here's hoping the film shines.
